Data Deletion

1. Overview

PostPilot, operated by BorstPhoto, LLC, lets you connect your own Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts to schedule and publish content. This page explains how to delete the data PostPilot stores about you, including the information we receive from Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

2. What Data We Store

For each connected account, PostPilot stores your access token, Page ID and name, any linked Instagram account ID and username, the posts you create, and any photos or videos you upload. We also store your basic account information (name and email) from Apple Sign-In.

3. Delete a Single Connected Account

To remove a single Facebook Page or Instagram account and its stored access token:

• Open PostPilot and go to Settings → Connected Accounts.
• Select the account you want to remove and choose Disconnect.
• PostPilot immediately revokes the access token for that account and deletes the stored connection from our database.

4. Delete Your Entire Account and All Data

To permanently delete your PostPilot account and all associated data:

• Open PostPilot and go to Settings.
• Choose Delete Account and confirm.
• All of your data — access tokens, Page IDs, account metadata, posts, and uploaded media — is permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Remove PostPilot from Facebook

You can also revoke PostPilot’s access directly from Facebook at any time: go to Facebook Settings → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, select PostPilot, and choose Remove. This revokes our access tokens. To also delete the data already stored, follow the steps above or email us using the request method below.

6. Request Deletion by Email

If you are unable to use the in-app options, you can request deletion of all your data by emailing us. We will verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
