1. Introduction

BorstPhoto, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the ClientKeeper mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App.

2. Information We Collect

  • Email address (used for account authentication)
  • Phone number (optional, for contact purposes)
  • Profile photo (optional)

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device type and operating system version
  • Push notification tokens (for delivering notifications)
  • App usage data and interaction patterns

Information We Access on Your Behalf

The App provides a portal to your existing ClientKeeper account. Data displayed in the App — including URLs, takedown notices, deindex reports, messages, and billing information — is managed by BorstPhoto, LLC as part of our content protection services. This data is not collected by the App itself but is accessed through secure API calls to our backend systems.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate your identity and provide access to your account
  • To deliver push notifications about takedown updates, deindex status, and account activity
  • To display your content protection data, billing information, and messages
  • To enable biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) for convenient sign-in
  • To improve the App’s functionality and user experience

4. Data Storage & Security

Your authentication credentials are stored securely on your device using encrypted storage (Expo SecureStore). We do not store passwords — authentication is handled via one-time email verification codes.

All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL. Our backend infrastructure is hosted on Supabase with row-level security (RLS) policies ensuring you can only access your own data.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Supabase — Database and authentication infrastructure
  • Expo — Push notification delivery
  • Stripe — Billing and payment processing (accessed via billing portal links)
  • Resend — Email delivery for verification codes

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

6. Biometric Data

If you enable biometric authentication, the App uses your device’s built-in Face ID or Touch ID capabilities. Biometric data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers. The App only receives a success or failure result from the operating system.

7. Push Notifications

We use push notifications to inform you about takedown updates, deindex status changes, new messages, and important account activity. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device’s Settings app.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers who assist in operating the App (listed in Section 5)
  • To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or governmental requests
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of BorstPhoto, LLC, our users, or others

9. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for the duration of your active service agreement with BorstPhoto, LLC. Upon termination of services, your data is retained in accordance with our standard data retention policies and applicable legal requirements.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request information about what data we collect and how it is used
  • Opt out of push notifications

11. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
