Overview

Invisible Touch (“the App”) is built by The Odd Stack. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. We believe in radical simplicity: we collect only what we need, we never sell your data, and you can delete everything at any time.

Information We Collect

• Email address — used for authentication

• Display name — shown to your circle members

• Status updates — your current emotional state and auto-response messages

• Circle members — names, phone numbers, and relationship labels of people you add

• Safety plan — your personal coping steps (stored encrypted)

• Device tokens — for delivering push notifications

• Location data — only when you explicitly enable location sharing, and only shared with your circle

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and secure your account

• To notify your circle when you update your status

• To show your auto-response message to your circle

• To send check-in reminders and companion notifications

• To display your location to your circle (only when enabled)

Data Storage & Security

All data is stored in Supabase with row-level security (RLS) policies ensuring you can only access your own data. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not store passwords in plain text — authentication is handled securely by our authentication provider.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database and authentication

• Expo Push Notifications — delivering push notifications to your device

• Apple and Google — used only if you choose to sign in with Apple or Google

Data Sharing

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your status and location are shared only with circle members you explicitly add. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the App (Resources tab). This permanently removes all your data from our servers, including your authentication record. There is no recovery after deletion.

Children’s Privacy

Invisible Touch is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
